What is a Tute Go?
Having planned, created, and delivered hundreds of Learning Programmes to schools as intervention and enrichment solutions, Tute quickly built a bank of learning resources mapped to the curriculum in topics that were being requested over and over again.
It made sense to make these topics available as an off-the-shelf solution and so we created Tute Go as targeted lessons in hundreds of topics planned to create interventions that support enrichment, extension, catch-up and revision.
What Key Stages and subjects does it cover?
KS1 – KS5
Most subjects! Core subjects have a very wide choice the covers the whole curriculum and most exam boards. There is a great choice in other subjects, particularly those that are covered in our Virtual School and our Courses.
Which students does it suit? How best is it used?
Our customers use Tute go to deliver concentrated bursts of targeted provision, as an integral and ongoing part of their curriculum offer and to provide school day extension and holiday activities.
Tute Go students might need a confidence boost, increased stretch, and challenge or the consistency of regular lessons with a subject specialist.
This is a great option for individual students in small settings who are performing above or below their peers and need the attention of a qualified teacher. It also works well for schools who want to provide groups of 12 with specific revision in one or more subjects before exams.
Whilst Tute Go makes creating programmes easier to set up, it is not a one-size-fits all once the lessons begin. Our teachers will ensure that teaching is differentiated and a adpated to meet the needs of the students.
How does it work?
Our shared timetables for each half-term are published on our website and are aligned to relevant needs throughout the academic year. Students can be enrolled in available programmes on a half-termly basis and within 48 hours.
Programmes booked as private provision allow the freedom to choose your own timetable and scheme of learning built using topics taken from our extensive lesson library. Programmes can be set up in a matter of days.
How is student progress tracked?
Progress and attainment are measured against the defined learning objectives and recorded for each student in your Progress Tracker made available to you after each lesson.
How much does it cost?
Places in our shared timetable cost £11.50 per student, per lesson.
Private lessons cost £90.00 each for up to 12 students, equivalent to just £7.50 per student, per lesson.
Is there a shared and private option?
Tute Go is available as both private and shared provision options.
Our shared provision timetable is aligned to relevant needs throughout the academic year and is a great option for students working at different levels or for a small number of learners.
If you have larger numbers if you would like to choose your own timetable and topics then Tute Go can be booked privately.
