Hannah Davies
Quality Assurance Manager
With over 15 years of experience in education, my career has ranged from supporting primary settings within a social inclusion outreach team to teaching and leading BA Honours degree courses, with roles across secondary and further education along the way. My passion for accessible, high-quality education has increasingly led me toward curriculum. In recent years my passion for accessible, high-quality education led me into curriculum and quality leadership roles, motivating my drive for educational excellence. This dedication ultimately inspired my transition to take the leap from the classroom to a full-time focus on quality at Tute, where I am committed to ensuring that every student has access to the best possible educational experience.
I have recently completed a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, conducting extensive research on how leadership shapes educational outcomes. This advanced study has deepened my understanding of the crucial role effective leadership plays in driving positive educational change and enhancing student success.
Over the years, I have learned that a crucial aspect of success lies in breaking down barriers for students and their families particularly through engagement and positive relationship building which provides supportive networks that promotes any child to reach their potential.
As QA manager, I lead and develop a dedicated team focused on systematically implementing quality assurance activities across teaching and learning ensuring continuous improvement in student outcomes. Through these activities, I identify and share best practices that enhance our teaching and learning methods, ensuring our commitment to achieving excellence in education by harnessing the expertise of our qualified teachers and utilising advanced technology to support and empower students, while ensuring our partners can trust they are receiving the highest quality support for their learners’ journeys.
