With over 10 years of project management experience before joining Tute, I developed a strong foundation in overseeing complex, fast-paced projects. My background includes managing scheduling, documentation, and reporting for research and innovation projects, which required a problem-solving mindset and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. Collaborating with diverse teams was key to ensuring successful delivery within tight deadlines and budgets.
In my role at Tute I now apply this expertise to ensure smooth operations and seamless partner support. By refining processes and supporting efficiency initiatives, I help ensure that our lessons are delivered smoothly, supporting Tute’s mission to fill critical gaps in education. I’m passionate about delivering rich, engaging learning experiences for every student, while also making it easy and seamless for our partners to access tuition for their students.

As operations manager at Tute, I coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of online lessons for local authorities, schools, and non-mainstream settings. I work with internal teams to equip colleagues with essential tools and insights, enabling them to create impactful learning experiences. Externally, I support partners by coordinating schedules, managing timetables, and providing technical assistance to help remove barriers to education access for every student. My role also involves optimising processes and fostering collaboration across teams, with a commitment to Tute’s values of collaboration, excellence, and equity in every decision.
