Technology Manager
With a BSc (Hons) in Computer Network Management and Security and an FdSc in IT Support, I bring a strong foundation in IT management, systems administration, and project management to my role. My career has included building expertise in Microsoft 365, VoIP, AWS tools, and open-source software, as well as experience in platform monitoring and troubleshooting. Since joining Tute, I’ve expanded these skills to support a platform designed to make education accessible, reliable, and engaging for students who need it most. Working closely with our developers, I’m dedicated to enhancing our technology in a way that reflects Tute’s commitment to enabling learning opportunities for every child, anywhere.
As technology manager, I lead Tute’s tech team to ensure our platform not only meets but exceeds the needs of our partners, students, and staff. Working closely with our development team in Poland, I oversee our roadmap, manage releases, testing, and ensure platform stability – achieving an impressive … achieving an impressive track record, with our platform online 99.99% of the time over the past two years, resulting in less than an hour of downtime. My role is as much about strategy as it is about day-to-day operations: I guide my team in responding to support requests, solving issues in real time, and adapting our technology based on user feedback. Through careful planning and a commitment to reliability, I ensure that Tute’s technology continually evolves, making accessing learning easy, effective, and enjoyable.
