With over 30 years of experience in HR and recruitment, I specialise in compliance, best practices, and fostering a culture of support and accountability.  

Since joining Tute in 2012 as the very first employee, I have been instrumental in developing and implementing key HR policies and procedures, enhancing employee relations, and ensuring our onboarding and safer recruitment practices meet the highest standards.  

My career has been dedicated to building HR frameworks that not only protect but empower employees, aligning them with Tute’s mission. 

As Tute’s head of people, culture, and social responsibility, I support and lead our leadership team across all HR functions.  

My focus is on creating an inclusive and thriving workplace culture, from refining policies to addressing employee relations and supporting onboarding processes.
