Our team, from senior leaders to teachers, HR, operations, and partnerships, works seamlessly together to deliver high-quality education and support the unique needs of our students and partners.
At Tute, everything centres around teaching and learning. Our dedicated team, many of whom have transitioned from mainstream or alternative settings, bring their expertise and passion to online teaching. They strive to ensure every student makes progress and succeeds, driven by a commitment to truly make a difference.
We see ourselves as partners, not just providers. Our collaborative approach with local authorities, schools, and non-mainstream settings focuses on empowering students to achieve their potential. We understand the challenges our partners face and go above and beyond to support them with tailored solutions, always prioritising student outcomes.

They ensure that all functions align with our mission of delivering excellent student outcomes, making quick decisions that prioritise our students' needs. Their leadership fosters unity and drives the entire organisation towards collective success.
Teaching and Learning
The teaching and learning team is the core of Tute, dedicated to delivering a rich, inclusive curriculum for all students. Led by the heads of teaching and learning and supported by assistant heads for curriculum quality and SEND, this team ensures educational excellence, fostering an environment where every student can thrive.

The partnerships team is focused on acquiring and supporting partners, living by our "partner, not provider" philosophy. They play a crucial role in expanding our reach and impact, ensuring that partners are well-supported and empowered to reach more students effectively.
Operations
The operations team is essential in streamlining processes and supporting both internal functions and external partners. By enhancing efficiencies and providing robust IT support, they ensure smooth scheduling and seamless service delivery, improving both partner and student experiences.
People, Culture, and Social Responsibility
Our HR function, known as PCSR, goes beyond traditional HR roles. They invest in our people, fostering a democratic and inclusive workplace where every voice is heard and valued. This team plays a key role in maintaining our collaborative culture and driving innovation.
